- Account information: Name, email, phone, school name, and address you provide during signup.
- Content you create: TOS, exams, item analyses, and SIMs you generate.
- Payment information: Processed securely by Xendit. We do not store card numbers.
- Usage data: Login timestamps, IP addresses, and browser info for security.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To operate and improve AcadExa.
- To process payments and maintain your wallet.
- To send password resets and critical account notifications.
- To comply with Philippine legal requirements (DepEd, BIR, NPC).
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Xendit — payment processing.
- DeepSeek — AI generation. Your prompt content is sent to generate exams and SIMs, but is not used to identify you.
- Hostinger — infrastructure hosting.
4. Data Retention
Your account and content are retained while your account is active. Deleted content is purged within 30 days, except where required by law.
5. Your Rights (Data Privacy Act of 2012)
